Your new role
As a Development Supervisor, you will lead underground development crews to safely and efficiently deliver planned mining activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day to day leadership and supervision to your underground crew
Coordinating and monitoring underground development activities
Ensuring operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently
Recording and monitoring operational activities using digital systems
Communicating effectively with site personnel and key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 10 years' experience in Underground Hard Rock MiningPrevious experience in a Shift Supervisor, specifically in Development Mining
Strong underground development experience
Queensland Explosives Security Clearance
QMS123 / G189 qualification
