$36.82 Per Hour inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super
- Flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, with afternoon shifts from 1:00pm to 8:00pm

THE POSITION
- Support and oversee food production with a strong focus on bulk catering and consistency.
- Champion nutrition, healthy eating, and allergy awareness, ensuring all controls and safety measures are followed.
- Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support efficient stock management to help control food costs.
- Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise.
- Work collaboratively within a team, bringing strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
THE PERSON
- Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
- Excellent time management and communication skills
