Property Network of Australia is seeking a Retail Centre Manager to join a leading boutique property management business, dedicated to helping clients achieve their property investment goals and providing ongoing training and support for professional growth.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail and commercial property portfolios, delivering outstanding client service, and working within a high-performing team environment.
As Centre Manager, you will oversee day-to-day property management duties, liaise with owners and tenants, and ensure the smooth operation of a quality portfolio. You will be supported by a dynamic team and have access to industry-leading resources and training.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Manage tenant arrears and compile monthly financial reports
- Prepare outgoings budgets and reconciliations for owner approval
- Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
- Work closely with support team on maintenance, lease admin, and renewals
- Assist with finance and sales/leasing processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years' commercial property management experience
- Proficiency in Cirrus8 or similar asset management software
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently or in a team
- Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and Queensland driver's license
