High Reach (LF) Forklift Operator | Redbank | Long-Term Ongoing Work + OT
Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator genuinely looking for stable, long-term employment?
ProQuest Recruitment is seeking reliable and committed forklift operators to join the Redbank distribution centre of a global leader in premium beauty and personal care products. This modern, well-organised facility distributes internationally recognised brands to customers throughout Australia.
This is not a short-term or “try it out” position. We are looking for dependable people who want to become established within the team and commit to ongoing, full-time work.
What’s on Offer
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift: 6:00 am–2:00 pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, with overtime as required
- Consistent, ongoing full-time hours

Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and confidently
- Stock putaway and replenishment
- Moving bulk stock throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks
- RF scanning and inventory control
- Order picking and other warehouse duties when required
- Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work area
To Be Successful, You Must Have
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach forklift experience
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport to and from Redbank
- A dependable work history and excellent attendance
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
- Full availability for ongoing Monday-to-Friday work and overtime
- A genuine interest in securing stable, long-term employment
Important Information This position requires ongoing full-time availability and regular overtime. It is therefore not suitable for Student Visa holders or applicants seeking short-term, casual or temporary work.
Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check before commencing.
