We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join a well-established private practice in a 100% remote capacity.

The Role

• Manage a diverse family law caseload with a high level of autonomy
• Advise clients on complex family law matters
• Conduct negotiations, mediations and court-related matters
• Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the broader team in a collaborative remote environment

About You

• Admitted Australian lawyer with strong family law experience
• Senior-level experience managing your own files
• Confident handling complex and sensitive family law matters
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong client-service focus
