Key Responsibilities
- Contribute design development of innovative community, hospitality, and lifestyle interiors, ensuring the highest quality from concept through to completion.
- Cultivate engaging design concepts and presentations that communicate bold ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, fostering a dynamic environment of shared knowledge and creative problem-solving.
- Sustain a strong design vision throughout each project phase, balancing technical precision with imaginative spatial solutions.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation effectively, maintaining project momentum without compromising quality.
- Contribute to the studio’s collaborative culture by mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise across design & technical challenges.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ professional interior design experience, with a proven track record delivering projects from concept to fit-out.
- Demonstrated expertise in community, lifestyle, hospitality, or similar public-facing sectors, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Strong conceptual ability paired with excellence in presentation and graphic communication.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and technical detailing, with a keen eye for materiality, finishes, and FF&E.
- Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and contractors in fast-paced environments.
- Confident organisational skills and a proactive attitude, eager to take ownership and develop your project portfolio.
