Depot Manager - PM Shift | Perth - Permanent

I'm currently looking to connect with experienced transport or logistics leaders for a permanent opportunity within an established Perth operation.

• Monday-Friday | PM Shift
• Up to $140,000 + super
• Perth, WA
• Permanent Full-Time

The opportunity:

* Take ownership of a busy afternoon depot operation
* Lead, support and develop an operational team
* Coordinate daily freight movement and dispatch
* Plan resources and ensure the right coverage across the shift
* Work closely with drivers and internal teams
* Maintain high standards across safety and compliance
* Monitor operational performance and address issues as they arise
* Identify ways to improve processes, productivity and efficiency

What you'll bring:

* Leadership experience within transport, freight, logistics or depot operations
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of CoR, fatigue management and load restraint
* Good understanding of depot and freight operations
* A practical, hands-on approach to leadership
* Strong safety and compliance focus
* LF Forklift Licence
