We are hiring full time Hair Dresser for " Hair Obsession" in Darwin, NT
Salary : $69,000 - $80,000 per year
Location: Dickward Drive, Darwin, NT
Roles and Responsibilities
• Advising the client on the products to use for their hair and scalp
• All kinds of barber services to the customer, such as men's haircuts, beard trim, shaving, treatment, basin services, etc
• Hair treatments such as straightening, colouring, keratin treatments
• Handling various chemical products and heat tools used for hair care and hair styling
• Well versed with allergic reactions that may occur from using certain products
• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Keeping their works space clean and proper sanitisation Of the tools aner each use.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a barber shop, train, supervise staff, ensure staff comply with health and safety regulations, maintain inventory and order supplies
• Keep track of finances and make sure the shop is profitable and organize staff working schedule in weekly basis.
Skills and Experience:
• Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working as a Hairdresser is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling and colouring techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.
