Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking Multiple experienced Civil Operators to join our team at a reputable Coal Mine west of Rockhampton, offering long-term, stable employment at a site with over 15 years of mine life.
These roles offer an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation with a supportive team environment and a consistent even-time roster.

We are currently recruiting for experienced:
- Final Trim Excavator Operators
- Final Trim Grader Operators
- CAT 777 Dump Truck Operators
- Dozer Operators
- Water Cart Operators - RIIMPO338E/RIIMPO206D or CAT773 VOCs/Transcripts required
- Service Truck Operators
- Labourers / Ground Crew
- Cleaner / Peggy

✅Required Experience
To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:
- Proven experience operating relevant machinery in a civil or mining environment
- Current Driver's Licence
- Relevant machinery tickets / competencies
- Standard 11 (S11)
- Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
