The Role

Join our Home Care team and help older people remain independent in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients while providing tailored support that promotes dignity, choice, and quality of life.
This Permanent Part-Time position offers 30 hours per fortnight, making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility and purposeful work. We ask that candidates have availability across at least three weekdays and can work a range of shifts, including morning shifts, to assist clients with personal care and other daily support needs.

Your role will include:
- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
- Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
- Medication assistance

Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or AIN qualifications -essential

Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people

Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance

Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.

Time management skills

Reliable and trustworthy – our clients are dependent on you.

Ability to work with minimal to no supervision

Proven Aged Care or NDIS services background

Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers’ homes and in the local community.
