The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Trade-qualified Rope Access Technicians across all levels, to support upcoming shutdowns, maintenance campaigns and project works across multiple WA sites.
  
In this role, you will:

  • Perform rope access maintenance, inspection and project work safely and efficiently
  • Plan and coordinate rope access activities in line with project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with IRATA procedures and site-specific safety standards
  • Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of rope access equipment
  • Implement and maintain rescue and emergency response procedures
  • Contribute to a positive safety culture and high-performance work environment

About You 
  
To be successful, you will have:

  • Valid IRATA certification
  • Current IRATA logbook (rope access hours recorded within the last 6 months)
  • Relevant Australian-recognised trade qualification (for trade positions)
  • Construction White Card
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (required for Level 3 roles)
  • Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
