Our Lead Educators take on a mentoring role, working closely with the Leadership Team and guiding Assistant Educators to deliver rich, meaningful programs that support every child’s growth and development. You’ll also be responsible for documenting children’s learning, routines, and interests while ensuring daily practices meet all compliance requirements. As a Relief Educator you will be on call to support our team of permanent Educators. You will develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our children, families and the team across varies studio and locations. Our Educators support and guide children’s learning through creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments.

What you’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care 
• Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy  
• Proven experience as a Room Leader in a long-hour early learning setting
• Current Working with Children Check
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience with Storypark is a bonus 
• First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
