We’re partnering with a well-established supermarket group seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager who can take ownership of a busy store, develop a strong team and drive outstanding commercial results.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s day-to-day operations, commercial performance and team culture. You’ll lead from the floor, set high standards and create an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Managing wages, rostering, stock and operational costs
- Maintaining exceptional presentation, availability and compliance standards
- Building a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager who is commercially driven, people-focused and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
