They are comfortable working within a 20-minute consultation model: three patients an hour, while maintaining excellent boundaries and finishing their day well.
They want to master billing rather than apologise for it.
They understand the balance between compassionate medicine and sustainable private practice.
They are comfortable managing chronic disease proactively, while working alongside excellent nurses who support areas such as Heart Health and Menopausal Health Assessments.
They use systems and technology well.
They accept feedback without defensiveness.
They are interested in their own performance. Our GPs receive monthly scorecards because good data helps good doctors understand their practice.
They contribute positively to culture.
