About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Care Manager to join the team at Coroneagh Park in Penguin. This role supports the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care across the home, with a strong focus on resident outcomes, clinical leadership and team support.

You will work closely with the General Manager and clinical team, helping guide care delivery, support staff capability and ensure residents receive care that is respectful, consistent and aligned with their individual needs.

About You

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
• Experience leading, supporting or mentoring care teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Genuine commitment to quality care and resident outcomes.
• Current National Police Certificate.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
