JAVA ENGINEER IN TEST (SDET) - MOBILE TEAM

International Cyber Security product team needs a skilled Java Software Engineer In Test (SDET) candidate to join an advanced Mobile Dev Team. Must be highly skilled in Java and worked on Native iOS/Android and/or Cross-Platform (React Native, Cordova, Flutter etc...).

This role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of distributed system architecture and be able to analyse how the overall system works to effectively plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, backend services, and Mobile SDKs on both iOS and Android.

 Core Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Java Engineer in Test (SDET) with 3+years  in Mobile Automation area.
• Strong coding skills in Java.
• Experience on cloud-based cross-browser and real-device testing platforms.
• Selenium and/or Playwright experience.
• Linux/Unix proficiency.
• Demonstrated understanding of secure coding practices.
• CI/CI tool eg Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Demonstrated AI experience.

• Team player who works effectively with others.
• Detail Oriented and desire to learn/research/understand.
• Ability to follow release milestones closely with a strong sense of ownership and deliverability.

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes/Docker.
• Appium experience.
• Experiencing with App development.
• Experience with App testing with Native iOS/Android or cross-platform eg Cordova, React Native, Flutter.
• Exposure to Big Data systems and distributed testing.
