Retail Store Manager

Position: Retail Store Manager

Employment: Full-time

Location: Riverwood, NSW 2210

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus supperannuation

Main Duties

·Plan and oversee daily operations across the service station, retail store and forecourt.

·Manage product mix, purchasing, stock levels, pricing and merchandising to support sales and profitability.

·Monitor sales, budgets, expenditure and overall store performance against business targets.

·Recruit, roster, train, supervise and evaluate staff to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.

·Manage supplier relationships, procurement and coordination of stock and fuel deliveries.

·Plan and implement promotional activities and initiatives to improve sales and customer engagement.

·Oversee store systems and equipment and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.

·Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints and operational issues.

·Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

·Minimum of diploma in management or related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail operations, retail management, service station operations or a similar customer-focused retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate staff in a busy retail environment.
• Sound knowledge of stock control, merchandising, customer service and day-to-day retail operations.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high operational and customer service standards.

Service station or fuel retail experience will be highly regarded
