Bring your operational knowledge to a major business transformation project and help shape Green by Nature’s new Workforce Management (WFM) system.
Two positions available secondment (approx. 8 months)
You’ll work with Operations and the WFM Project Team to support:
- System design and operational processes
- Data preparation and validation
- User Acceptance Testing
- Pilot rollout and implementation readiness
- Skills Matrix and PeopleHub data activities
We’re looking for people who:
- Understand GbN’ s operational and administrative processes
- Are confident using Excel, systems, and operational data
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Are organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Want to contribute to meaningful business change
