$130,000–$145,000 + super + salary packaging (provider dependent)
I’m recruiting for several permanent Care Manager opportunities across residential aged care homes in NSW.
These roles suit experienced Registered Nurses with strong clinical backgrounds and previous leadership experience. You’ll lead the clinical team and support the delivery of safe, high-quality care for residents.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support nursing and care teams
- Oversee clinical care, governance, quality and compliance
- Manage incidents, risk and complex resident care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff
- Support continuous improvement across the home
What we’re looking for:
- Current Division 1 AHPRA registration
- Residential aged care experience
- Previous clinical leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality and aged care standards
- Confidence supporting and developing care teams
