Weighbridge Operator + Landfill General Hand

The Role:

• Accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing vehicles, via use of weighbridge software.
• Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation, cash sales management and record keeping.
• Public and Customer interactions & Assisting customers with enquiries.
• Using a two-way radio for communication to co-ordinate all trucks and loading points.
• Generating customer invoices, statements, purchase orders and supplier payments.
• General Hand + Labouring tasks when required to assist with general duties at the Landfill

Criteria:

• White card
• Minimum 6 month’s experience within a similar role
• Competent with Software use, Computers, record keeping and cash sales
• Valid driver’s licence
• Availability over a 7-day roster including weekends
• Physically fit and able to conduct manual labouring tasks daily
• Hold a Current National Police Clearance
• Must be able to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
