P-8A Service Delivery Manager
Location: RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA
The Role
Airbus Australia Pacific is looking for a P-8A Service Delivery Manager to drive our integrated support services on site at Edinburgh. Based onsite in our Edinburgh office, in this role you'll be the main point of contact for the P-8A Program, taking ownership of customer satisfaction, daily operational execution, and service quality across CAM, MRO, and Supply Chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine, high-trust relationships with Industry and Defence partners and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution.
- Guide cross-functional teams to deliver on-time MRO, CAM, and Supply Chain services within scope and on budget.
- Track contract milestones, manage risks and opportunities, and support overall financial health and commercial alignment.
- Spot ways to refine processes, reduce costs, and identify new business opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
What You'll Bring
NV2 Security Clearance is required.
- Proven background leading platform sustainment or complex support services, ideally within aviation or Defence.
- Ability to unite cross-functional teams around clear goals and keep people motivated in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Solid understanding of program risk, cost drivers, and operational budgets.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Aviation, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
- Direct experience with Australian Defence contracting, ASDEFCON frameworks, or commercial contract management is a strong advantage.
