WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney OR a trainee [currently studying towards qualification];
  • have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/telecommunications/mechatronics/biomedical, OR computer engineering] OR IT/COMPUTER SCIENCE OR PHYSICS;
  • have had some experience in patent searching, drafting, prosecution and opposition (desirable not essential);
  • are ambitious, a quick learner and committed to excellence+ client-service;
  • have strong communication/people skills/commercial acumen+ a positive team spirited attitude;
  • are serious about carving out a LONG-TERM successful career with  a vibrant successful non-traditional firm that will invest in your personal/professional development.
