BRAND & MARKETING MANAGER | PREMIUM BABY BRAND | THE SHIRE (HYBRID)

This is a newly created senior leadership opportunity reporting directly to the Founder of a fast-growing premium baby brand.

We're looking for a commercially minded Brand & Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands that customers genuinely love.

Partnering closely with the Founder, you'll shape the next stage of growth by translating product innovation, brand vision and commercial priorities into a best-in-class marketing strategy. Leading a small, talented creative team, you'll own the marketing calendar, oversee major product launches and ensure every customer touchpoint strengthens the brand's premium positioning.

This is a highly strategic role where you'll influence brand direction, customer experience and commercial performance while supporting the business through its next phase of international growth.
