ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for two enthusiastic New Car Sales Consultants to join our Brookvale team, representing some of the automotive industry's exciting and growing brands.

You don't need previous car sales experience. We'd love to hear from people who are new to automotive sales and are ready to learn. We'll train you and give you the tools and support to build a successful career in the industry.

We're looking for salespeople across two departments:

• Kia & Isuzu UTE
• GWM / Haval & GMSV

You'll have the opportunity to represent established automotive brands, work with a range of customers and develop your sales skills in a busy dealership environment.

ABOUT YOU

Previous car sales experience isn't essential. What matters most to us is your attitude, enthusiasm and ambition.

You could come from:

• Retail
• Hospitality
• Customer service
• Any other customer-facing sales environment

Or you may simply be someone with the right personality, drive and desire to learn.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

We offer an Award wage plus a highly rewarding commission structure, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance.

Our commission structure includes:

• Commission on vehicle gross
• Commission on aftermarket gross
• Volume bonuses
• A flat-rate payment for each deal financed in-house

You'll also receive the training and support required to learn the business and develop your sales career.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

We trade:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

Our sales team works an 11-day fortnight. We also offer a productivity incentive, meaning high-performing salespeople who maintain a rolling average above the benchmark can earn the opportunity to work a 5-day week.

Following the successful completion of a 6-month probation period, a car allowance will also be discussed.
