Waiter Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate wait staff during food and beverage service.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations and high service standards.

Located in Kalgoorlie WA 6430, The Miners Rest Motel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter Supervisor to become part of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating wait staff during daily food and beverage service.
• Allocating duties and service sections to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Providing professional food and beverage service and assisting staff during busy service periods.
• Greeting customers, taking orders and ensuring meals and beverages are served accurately and promptly.
• Monitoring service standards and assisting with customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth and timely service.
• Assisting with the training and guidance of wait staff to maintain consistent service standards.
• Ensuring dining and service areas are properly prepared, maintained and presented.
• Supporting opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and general service duties.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, responsible service and workplace procedures.
About you:
• At least one year of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage service.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating wait staff is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support staff in a busy hospitality environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff.
• Professional presentation and a strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
