A brand new purpose built early learning centre is opening in Morayfield and we are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher ECT to join our founding team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a centre from day one and help shape its culture quality and identity as it grows.
This is an on the floor teaching role working directly with children and leading high quality practice within your room while contributing to the overall success of the centre.
About the Role
As the ECT you will play a central role in delivering a warm engaging and child led learning program. You will work closely with the Centre Director and educators to create an environment where children feel safe supported and inspired.
Your responsibilities include
Delivering a high quality play based program aligned with the EYLF and NQF Building strong trusting relationships with children and families
Leading curriculum planning documentation and intentional teaching Supporting educators with best practice and positive team culture
Creating an inclusive nurturing and stimulating learning environment Contributing to the centres Quality Improvement Plan QIP
Bringing creativity professionalism and passion to your Kindy room
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education ECT ACECQA approved
Strong knowledge of EYLF NQF and contemporary early childhood practice Excellent communication teamwork and relationship building skills
Confidence leading curriculum and supporting educators
Current First Aid CPR and
Working With Children Check
