We’re looking for dedicated and caring Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join a warm and supportive team.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting the individual development of each child in your care. Working collaboratively with a passionate and friendly team, you’ll help foster a positive environment where children can thrive and educators are encouraged to bring their creativity to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, play-based programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster children’s confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging through nurturing and intentional teaching.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the daily routines of the room and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with your team to provide high-quality care and contribute to the centre’s ongoing success.
About You
- Hold a Cert III or Diploma
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
