About the Role
Truck Centre WA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the great team we have at our Geraldton branch.
Working as part of a supportive team in one of our four regional locations, you will play an important role in meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional service and supplying genuine Mack, UD and Volvo truck parts.
You will assist customers with parts enquiries and sales, both over the phone and face-to-face, while also supporting our Workshop team to ensure they have the parts required to keep their jobs moving. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the heavy automotive road transport industry while becoming part of a well-established regional team.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, successful applicants will have:
- Previous Parts Interpreting experience
- Knowledge of and an interest in the heavy automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- An energetic, positive and proactive can-do attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing competing priorities
