JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily car washing, detailing and customer service operations.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising car wash attendants and detailers.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints and maintain service standards.
- Manage transactions, inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and consumables.
- Ensuring automatic or manual wash equipment functions properly and adheres to environmental and safety rules.
- Monitor service quality and implement operational improvements where required.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure workplace, safety and environmental requirements are followed.
Qualifications, skills and experience required
- AQF Diploma or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role
- Team supervision and work allocation
- Staff training and onboarding
- Staff rostering and shift management
- Stock management and inventory reporting
- Reporting property damage and workplace issues
- Communication and coordination with Management
