About the Role
We are partnering with an established and growing financial planning firm based in Brisbane’s southern suburbs. This is an opportunity for an experienced Client Service Officer to join a supportive advice team and take ownership of client implementation and service.
You’ll work closely with advisers and clients across superannuation, investments and insurance, while contributing to a high-quality client experience.
Duties include:
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of financial advice
- Manage superannuation, investment and platform transactions
- Assist with insurance applications and servicing
- Manage client workflows and tasks through Xplan
- Maintain accurate documentation, records and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ financial planning CSO experience
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan is essential
- Experience with multiple investment and super platforms
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Professional communication and client service skills
