Site Supervisor - NOR or SOR

My client is a residential builder who focus on a diverse mix of projects, from contemporary single storey builds through to luxury $2.5m homes, they are a small builder who are making a big mark in the WA housing market! Values vary from $500k-$2m. This is a rare opportunity to work with a small business who offer flexibility, career development and diversity in their work. They are now looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team in a permanent, full time role. This could be looking after either a south of the river or north of the river run.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally a trade background.
• Extensive proven experience managing single and double storey builds in the Perth market.
• Custom home delivery will be highly desirable.
• A strong ability to read and understand drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive sense of delivery.
• Current driving license.
