Solutions Architect - Sydney

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to drive architecture strategy, technology innovation, and enterprise-wide solution design across a complex technology landscape.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a recognised architect with expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Salesforce, Cloud, Integration, Security, and Digital Transformation. You will define target-state architectures, lead strategic technology decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, standards, and road-maps.
• Design end-to-end solutions across applications, data, integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology strategy with organisational objectives.
• Lead software selection, vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, proof of concepts, and technology recommendations.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies, architecture reviews, and technology pilots.
• Establish architecture patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across complex transformation and modernisation initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, performance, and compliance.
• Mentor architects, technical leads, and delivery teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and recognised subject matter expert across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

• 4-6+ years' experience in Enterprise, Solution, Application, Security, Infrastructure, or Salesforce Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in architecture design, governance, solution delivery, and technology strategy.
• Experience leading RFI/RFPs, vendor evaluations, technology assessments, POCs, and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java, APIs, Cloud Platforms, IAM, SSO, and Security solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, design patterns, integration, data, infrastructure, and security architectures.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide technical leadership across complex programs.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Salesforce Certifications, TOGAF, Cloud Certifications (Azure/AWS), and CISSP highly regarded.
