An opportunity to step into a pivotal CFO role within a large-scale, multi-site FMCG business undergoing significant transformation and growth.

Backed by private equity and operating at significant revenue, this organisation has recently completed major acquisitions, invested heavily in operations, and is now entering a critical phase of stabilisation, integration, and future growth.
 

Position

• Partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive commercial and strategic outcomes
• Lead, mentor and elevate an established finance function
• Bring structure, systems and rigour as the business continues to corporatise
• Leverage data, analytics and modelling to support decision-making
• Align cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
 

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified with proven CFO experience
• Strong FMCG and/or retail background (essential)
• Expertise across systems, ERP and process improvement
• Commercial acumen with the ability to “tell the story behind the numbers”
• A confident, grounded leader with presence, energy and the ability to challenge constructively
