My client is an established property development group, with strong backing from Funds Management Groups. They are seeking an experienced Senior / Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of their own industrial projects. With decades of experience and with a 5 year pipeline of projects- this is a fantastic opportunity.

Your New Role
Salary based
$120- 155k+super
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of their own industrial / business parks.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or other construction related Degree
- 5 years+ as a CA for an industrial builder
- Experience working on industrial/warehouse/business park related projects- 2 years minimum
- Able to be based in their office North Melbourne
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
