The Opportunity
- Take the lead of a vibrant retail team, creating an incredible team culture, driving performance and bringing the brand to life in-store!
- Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Manage rostering, wages, budgets, stock and store operations.
- Drive commercial performance through KPIs, visual merchandising and exciting product launches.
- Bring fresh ideas, initiative and a hands-on approach to continuously improve the store experience.
About You
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or strong 2IC within a retail environment.
- A natural people leader who genuinely LOVES developing, motivating and getting the best out of their team.
- Commercially minded, confident managing KPIs, rostering, wages and budgets.
- Proactive, organised and happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved!
- A positive, energetic personality who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Apparel or lifestyle retail experience would be fantastic, but certainly isn't essential!
