The Role

Most days start on site at a 7am pre start, with a visit or two before you head to the office mid morning. This is a support role, so much of the work is joint walks and building relationships with the project managers, who rely on you most. It suits someone with backbone and conviction, who can speak up, frame a message so it lands and deal openly with unions, without being abrasive.

  • Apply working knowledge of enterprise agreements and awards where they touch safety and workforce matters

  • Familiarity with enterprise agreements and awards, ideally in unionised environments

  • Comfortable across both site and office, with flexibility around operational needs
  • An appreciation that this is a growing business and some processes are still being refined
