Currently, we have a full-time vacancy for an experienced and skilled Production manager.
About Role:
Responsible for coordinating the daily operations of manufacturing to ensure efficiency, quality and timeliness. This role covers everything from scheduling production runs and managing resources to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with standards. He must oversee team, resolve workflow issues and implement processes that balance cost with output while maintaining safety and quality benchmarks.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the manufacturing process
To ensure that the production of paint and coatings is done efficiently, safely, and to quality standards
2. Coordinating with teams
To work closely with various teams to address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
3. Maintaining equipment
To manage the inventory levels of materials and products to ensure a steady flow of production.
4. Ensuring compliance
To ensure that all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
5. Project management
To use project management software to centralise planning, scheduling and tracking of production activities.
Qualification and experience requirements:
• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant course OR
Five years of experience in similar role to substitute the formal qualification
• At least one of experience in same position.
Salary - $80,000 - $90,000 plus super
