An opportunity to make your mark. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on marketing for a high-profile Sydney CBD retail precinct.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to make your mark — combining strategy, creativity, commercial thinking and execution across a diverse retail environment.

The role
You’ll own the marketing direction for the precinct, working closely with retailers and key stakeholders to drive visitation, engagement and commercial outcomes.
Some of the items you will be responsible for:
- Owning the marketing strategy and budget
- Creating and delivering campaigns, events and activations
- Driving digital, social, PR and brand
- Managing retailer engagement and new store launches
About you
We’re looking for a marketer who is commercially savvy, creatively confident and hands-on.
- 2-3+ years’ marketing experience across retail, property, lifestyle or a similar environment
- Proven experience managing budgets and commercial outcomes
- Strong integrated campaign and activation experienc
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who wants ownership — not just a role where you’re told what to do.
