About the Role
As Fashion Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Geraldton store.
You’ll lead an experienced team, create an inspiring store environment and ensure every customer receives a personalised styling experience. From coaching your team and bringing the latest collections to life to driving store performance, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your passion for fashion with your leadership skills every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Create a welcoming, inclusive and beautifully presented store environment
- Deliver elevated styling experiences and personalised customer service
- Help customers create versatile wardrobes that reflect their individual style
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Build on the existing positive team culture and celebrate success
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
About You
You’re an energetic and inspiring fashion leader who knows how to bring out the best in people and create a customer experience that feels personal, genuine and memorable.
You’ll bring:
- Previous Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Fashion, apparel or premium retail experience
- A genuine passion for styling and creating beautiful customer experiences
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Commercial confidence and experience working towards sales and KPI targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style
