About the Role
As People & Culture Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders to deliver practical people solutions, provide trusted HR advice, and support key initiatives across workforce planning, employee relations, performance, engagement and organisational change.
Balancing expert advice with a hands-on approach, you'll play an integral role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving people outcomes across the business.
A typical week may include:

Employee relations and case management

Performance, engagement and culture support

Change management and organisational design

People analytics and continuous improvement

End-to-end employee lifecycle support

Meeting with your leaders to understand their priorities and people needs

Coaching managers through performance, conduct and team concerns, and managing cases from early intervention to resolution

Providing practical advice on policies, awards and employment practice

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be the trusted advisor to a group of leaders across our diverse and growing organisation. You’ll take the time to understand how each part of the business really works, and partner with managers to find practical solutions that work for their people and their teams.
We see our Business Partners as consultants. Our managers bring deep knowledge of their operations, while you bring expertise in people practices, employment legislation and compliance. Together you work out what's needed and how to get there, creating solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for both our people and the organisation.

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

3+ years' HR, P&C or Business Partner experience

Strong ER and stakeholder management capability
-
NFP sector experience desirable

Experience with HRIS platforms

Strong organisational, communication and MS Office skills
-
Self-starter with high attention to detail
-
Blue Card and National Police Check eligibility
