This is more than a traditional Finance Manager position. You'll oversee the financial health of the business while playing an active role across payroll, HR, compliance and business operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being part of a close-knit professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end finance function
- Manage financial reporting, cashflow and budgeting
- Oversee payroll, BAS, PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation
- Support HR administration, onboarding and employment contracts
- Attend management meetings and contribute to business decisions
- Coordinate compliance, insurance and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Degree-qualified Accountant preferred
- End-to-end accounting and finance management experience
- Strong payroll, reporting and compliance knowledge
- Confident working in a hands-on SME environment
- Architecture, construction or consulting industry experience highly regarded
