Java Engineer – 12 months contract

Our client is a leading consultancy supporting a public sector project, and we are looking for a Java Engineer to join them. This will be a 12-month contract.
 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java software engineering with end-to-end application development and delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, JUnit, EJB and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
• Solid foundation in computer science principles including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience with relational databases, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, Java messaging technologies (JMS/MQ), and Spring core concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong testing practices, including TDD and acceptance test development

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
