What you'll be doing:

• Prospecting for new business and growing your local market presence
• Managing buyer and seller relationships from appraisal through to settlement
• Conducting property appraisals, home opens, and private inspections
• Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding outcomes for your clients
• Building and maintaining a strong referral network
• Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the agency professionally

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of Real Estate Sales Representative experience
• Current Sales Registration with up-to-date CPD requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for property
• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
