Ray White Glenelg | Brighton is the number one Ray White sales business in SA/NT. We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our sales team and learn the business from the ground up, working alongside some of the most experienced agents in Adelaide’s coastal market.
Over the past five years our Sales Associate program has developed 8 high-performing agents. You’ll work with a number of senior agents, not just one, and build the skills to run your own listings and campaigns.
What you’ll do
- List residential property for sale across Glenelg, Brighton and surrounding suburbs, working under the supervision of a licensed agent
- Advise vendors on method of sale and marketing options, including auction, private treaty and open inspections
- Prepare property details and listing material, and coordinate advertising for each campaign
- Prepare appraisals, comparable sales and vendor campaign reports
- Assess buyers’ needs and match them to suitable properties
- Conduct open and private inspections and advise buyers on the merits of properties and terms of sale
- Assist with offers, negotiations and contracts through to settlement
- Prospect for new business through calling, door knocking and database follow-up, and keep VaultRE up to date
What you’ll bring
- A completed real estate sales qualification (Certificate IV or equivalent) and eligibility for registration as a sales representative in SA
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in sales
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for weekend opens and auctions
