About the Role

Work remotely while providing tax and accounting advice to a diverse range of clients and taking ownership of key client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility and autonomy that comes with a remote role, while remaining connected with the wider team and having the support you need to succeed.

• Provide tax and accounting advice to a diverse range of clients
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support their ongoing development
• Review work completed by the team and manage workflow, deadlines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and services to clients
• Work closely with Partners and the wider team on client and business matters

 
About You

• Previous Australian public practice experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Currently living in Queensland
