An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia’s leading property practices, recognised for its scale, expertise and involvement in complex, high-value transactions across the commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
You’ll join a large and high-performing Brisbane team of more than 70 property professionals, working across commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasing portfolios, renewable energy developments, seniors living and government property projects.
The role offers exceptional variety and exposure to high-profile matters that play a role in shaping Queensland’s property and energy landscape.
From the outset, you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to be involved across all stages of sophisticated transactions.
In this role, you will:
- Draft and negotiate leases, variations, consents and related documentation
- Assist with acquisitions, disposals and due diligence across a diverse range of property assets
- Work across leasing and capital transactions, including major developments
- Support the property aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects
- Manage stamping, registration and PEXA settlement processes
- Liaise directly with clients, counterparties and government stakeholders
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ PAE in commercial property and/or leasing
- Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
- A commercially minded, proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience in capital transactions, infrastructure or renewable energy will be highly regarded
- Exposure to large-scale developments or seniors living is desirable
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a leading national practice
