Labourforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Production and Warehouse Operators to join a busy pipe manufacturing and distribution operation in Townsville, QLD.

Multiple positions are available across Production and Warehouse, with competitive pay rates and consistent Monday–Friday work.

Roles & Pay

Production Operator

• Location: Townsville, QLD
• Shift: Monday–Friday
• Roster: 6:00am–6:00pm + 6:00pm–6:00am
• Roster: Fortnightly rotating day/night shifts
• Rate: $45.07/hr

Warehouse Operator

• Location: Townsville, QLD
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Rate: $35.19/hr

Production Operator – Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Moving and handling stock throughout the site
• Monitoring production processes and equipment
• Conducting quality checks on manufactured pipes
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe production area
• Following site procedures and safety requirements
• Assisting with general production duties as required

Warehouse Operator – Key Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts to move stock around the warehouse
• Assisting with despatch operations
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving, staging and organising stock
• Preparing stock for despatch
• Assisting with general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all site safety and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

Production Operators:

• Previous production, manufacturing or machine operation experience highly regarded
• Comfortable working a rotating day/night roster
• Good attention to detail, particularly when completing quality checks
• Physically capable of working in a hands-on production environment
• Reliable and safety conscious

Warehouse Operators:

• Current Forklift Licence – Essential
• Previous warehouse/forklift experience
• Experience loading and unloading trucks highly regarded
• Physically capable of manual handling duties
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual
