The Role
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional teams across a range of Crown's premium dining venues.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence:Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
In this role, you will provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue including food and beverage service, maintaining service areas and completing opening and closing duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront
- Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and procedures are followed
Key Selection Criteria:
- Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment
- Availability to work across a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods
- Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period
- Well-groomed with professional presentation
