We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to join our Processing team and play a key role in supporting safe, reliable and efficient plant performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing others and helping build a positive, high performing team culture. What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing hands on leadership and support to the Process Shift Supervisor and Process Technicians
- Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example every day
- Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, safety, recovery and cost efficiency
- Assisting with plant commissioning activities, optimisation projects and improvement initiatives
- Supporting metallurgical performance and ensuring production targets are achieved
- Mentoring and developing team members to build capability across the operation
- Ensuring all activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About You
We're looking for a driven and authentic leader who naturally puts people first while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability and operational results. You'll be someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems and creating a positive team environment where everyone can perform at their best.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing including Gold
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Senior Process Technician or similar capacity
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Sound time management and organisational capabilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Pronto experience will be highly regarded
