Role and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive general practice services including acute care, chronic disease management, women’s health, paediatrics, minor procedures, and aged care reviews.
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment planning while maintaining accurate medical records and compliant documentation.
- Deliver patient education, preventative health advice, and ongoing care coordination with allied health professionals and specialists.
- Participate in practice meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a positive team culture that supports continuous learning and innovation.
- Support mentoring of junior staff where applicable and help build service offerings that meet community needs.
